Your order is being shipped from the Netherlands. We try to prepare every order with the best care to be ready for shipping as soon as possible. This could take up to 5 business days. You will be notified when your item has been shipped.

EU Standard Shipping DHL: 2-10 business days
Rest of the World Standard Shipping PostNL: 2-25 business days
Please note that potential delays of the shipping could be due to public holidays or customs. We are not responsible for delays in transit & will not be refunding for delays unless the parcel is deemed as lost in transit by PostNL or DHL. If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please double check the submitted address, check with your local post. If you the issue isn't solved or you have any other questions regarding shipping send us an email: email@example.com.
Return and Refunds Policy
We only accept returns within 30 days of the submission of your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in. Preferably returned in same packaging as received.
To submit your return contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us your name, reference number and reason for return. We also require a receipt or proof of your purchase. When we confirm that the return is valid, we will send you the return information and address.
Once your return is received, we will determine whether the return is approved for a refund. We will send you a notification of the status by email. When approved the costs for the returned items will be refunded. Unfortunately we can't cover the shipping fee charged for a return.
If you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a (partial) refund of item cost depending on severity of the damage. Please email us your name, reference number, receipt or proof of purchase and if damaged a photo of the damage to email@example.com.
Cancellations and Rescedueling Policy for Readings
To cancel or reschedule a reading booked at Zanna van Vugt, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If contacted later, unfortunately we can't provide a refund for the cancellation, unless stated otherwise in writing by the Zanna van Vugt. When contacted 24 hours in advance or earlier, we will review the case to see if we will refund the total amount of the payment. For rescheduling please contact us and we'll find a new suitable date and time. If the session is cancelled by Zanna van Vugt themselves at any time, we will reschedule the session or we will cancel and you'll get a full refund of the payment.
